Book bloggers are incredibly close to my heart; not least because I spent many years blogging on my [very old] site awkwardsituationsforgirls.com, where I honed style and voice for YEARS before writing novels! In fact, in the acknowledgements at the back of The Light Between Us hardback, I tried to thank the bloggers and bookstagrammers who lent their early support to my first novel, Hold Back the Stars. I have no doubt missed someone out, but if you’re reading this, please know how grateful I am. “Without readers, writers are simply shouting ideas into the void” — that’s also from my acknowledgements, because apparently I am the type of person who quotes myself these days!
